  • CIRCLES is a unique collection of four private two-bedroom villas, created to feel like a home of your own in a quiet corner of Hiriketya. Each villa has its own character and outlook, with ocean views, a private pool, garden, outdoor terraces and spaces to relax, cook, listen to music and settle into life by the sea.

  • Each CIRCLES villa has two king-size bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The villas are ideal for couples, friends or families looking for a private space of their own. Villa Sanda also has an additional single room with disability access, allowing the villa to accommodate up to five guests. There are no communal areas that are shared between villas, but the homes are side-by-side. Should you want friends or other family to stay directly next door, please let us know.

  • Your villa includes daily housekeeping, private pool cleaning, 24-hour management and security, Starlink Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and overhead fans, Bluetooth speakers and a turntable with a unique vinyl collection. Each villa also has its own private garden and outdoor spaces.

  • Yes. CIRCLES can be enjoyed by families, with two-bedroom villas, private gardens and plenty of space to settle in together. Child safety gates are available on request. Please note that the villas have private pools, outdoor terraces and elevated areas, so children should be supervised at all times.

  • Check-in is from 3:00pm, and check-out is by 11:00am. If you’re arriving early or departing later, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

  • CIRCLES is set in the secluded Belikatuwella bay with the ocean always part of the view. Hiriketya beach, the surf, restaurants, cafes and bars are all within a pleasant 5 minute coastal walk. A tuk tuk ride is about one minute!... You’re plugged right into Hiri life, but you’ll have your own quiet corner to escape to.

    The beautiful Blue Beach Island is also an easy 10 minute walk or a 5 minute tuk tuk ride in the other direction.

  • CIRCLES is in Hiriketiya on Sri Lanka’s south coast, around 2.5 hours from Colombo and Bandaranaike International Airport.

    The easiest way to arrive is by private car or taxi, and airport transfers and private drivers for your trip can be arranged by us on request. If you’re travelling around Sri Lanka, Hiriketiya is easily reached by road from Galle, Ahangama, Ella and other destinations along the south coast.

    Trains and buses also connect to the nearby town of Dikwella. Each villa has its own private secure parking space.
